Getting Old

No, this one isn't about my birthday

I think I need to stop this bit
But it is far too fun
To drop into the broader world
When there might be the one

I've used it more than once this year
To an unknown effect
I hope that it's been too subtle
For others to detect

But I suppose I must go on 
And surreptitiously
Continue in this noble quest
And go and write some more

For some reason, I truly believe that tomorrow is the day that I fix my sleep schedule (I have believed that “tomorrow” will be the day I fix my sleep schedule for the past three weeks).

In other news, the Caps won again!

Also, I’m too tired to check, but it is genuinely possible that the last time I used this bit I was also talking about how the bit is overused.

The final piece of “other news” for tonight is that I think I may be using too many adverbs in my writing and have slowly (ding ding) been trying to cut back on their usage.
